Listening, asking the right questions and enabling meaningful dialogue.
Personal and professional
I help organisations communicate complex subjects clearly and turn social relevance into practical impact.

Communication can build understanding and enable real social change.
My path
My professional path combines creative practice, corporate communication, digital media and the development of socially oriented education and funded projects. Today, I work as a consultant, concept developer and project developer with a particular focus on digital transformation, AI, the creative industries and international cooperation.
For me, communication starts with perspective, audience and the question of what truly reaches people.
My approach to communication began early through stage performance and creative work. Before completing my Abitur in Berlin-Charlottenburg, I worked as a young actor and performed, among other venues, at the Theater am Kurfürstendamm and the Komödie in Berlin.
After graduating from school, I continued working with music and voice as part of the Berlin R&B a cappella group 4 Harmonyz. Language, presence, timing, staging and the ability to adopt different perspectives became part of the way I think about communication.
I later studied communications in Berlin and graduated as a Diplom-Kommunikationswirt. I expanded my international perspective at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria, where I completed a postgraduate qualification in marketing, advertising and corporate qualification from 2013 to 2014.
My professional path has included corporate and digital communication, intranet and information architecture, marketing, business development and entrepreneurship. Since 2009, I have been Managing Director of Plenum Communications GmbH in Berlin.
Today, I work primarily as a consultant, concept developer and project developer. I develop positioning strategies, communication concepts and complex projects and accompany them from the initial idea through partnerships and communication to implementation, quality assurance and further development.
A particular focus of my work is education, the creative industries and social innovation. Through ESF and ESF+ projects, I have developed and co-developed qualification formats that connect digital media, creative work, labour-market participation and increasingly artificial intelligence.
At the same time, I bring extensive experience in corporate and real estate communication. Across property-related projects, I have acted as Client Lead at the interface between client, concept and production – from briefing and communication approach to project steering, testing and quality assurance.
My perspective is international, shaped by Germany and Southeastern Europe and increasingly by the development of new education and cooperation initiatives connected to Southwestern Africa.
Today, I see my role as connecting strategy, communication and project development wherever social change and digital transformation need to become practical and actionable.
