Approach
Culture Lab explored how creative processes can support new professional perspectives and participation in the cultural and creative industries. Experimental design, artistic practice, skills development and feedback were combined in a practical project setting.
Impact / result
The approach connected creative work with orientation and employability without reducing the programme to conventional vocational training.
